The public clinic page and dentist portfolio are just the front door; the operating system is everything behind it.

Starter is free and stays free: your public clinic page, your bookings link, one doctor seat and basic appointments. Clinic Pro is billed per clinic per year and unlocks the rest — unlimited patients, WhatsApp follow-ups, the AI assistant, the financial dashboard and the supply chain. Prices are set per market, so you see the price in your own currency, not a converted one. There is no per-patient fee and no commission on your treatments.

The same day. Your clinic page, services and booking link are live as soon as you finish signing up — many clinics are already listed, so it can be as little as claiming the page that is there. Patients and appointments you can add as they come through the door; there is no data migration to sit through first and no installation. If you want your existing patient list in, send it and we will import it for you.

It is yours and it leaves with you. Patients export to CSV and every financial report exports from the reports screen, at any time, without asking us. There is no lock-in period and no exit fee — you are on a plan, not a contract, and cancelling stops the next renewal rather than switching your clinic off on the spot.

All data is protected by role-based access control. Clinic managers see only their clinic's data, doctors see only their patients, and suppliers see only their orders. The system uses Ash Framework policies with strict per-tenant authorization on every query and action.

Imdent is built on Phoenix LiveView with PubSub event broadcasting. When any action happens — a patient books, inventory runs low, or an order ships — all connected dashboards update instantly without page reload. Every clinic event triggers notifications and updates the relevant modules automatically.

Yes. Imdent tracks which materials each dental service uses (service-material requirements). When a treatment is recorded, inventory is automatically decremented. When stock falls below your reorder threshold, the system alerts you and lets you reorder from your preferred supplier in one tap.

Your public clinic page captures inquiries as leads with full UTM attribution (source, medium, campaign). Each lead enters a pipeline where you can track status (new → contacted → converted → lost), link them to campaigns, and measure conversion rates per marketing channel. This lets you know exactly which ads and channels bring real patients.

Yes. Imdent has a dedicated Supplier Portal. When a clinic submits an order, the supplier sees it on their dashboard, can confirm availability, mark it shipped, and track delivery. When the order is marked delivered, inventory at the clinic is automatically updated — no manual data entry required.

Imdent is a fully responsive web application that works on any device including phones and tablets. The clinic manager dashboard, appointment calendar, and notification center are all optimized for mobile. A dedicated mobile app is on the roadmap.
